Apple App Store: When you subscribe, we receive:

We do NOT receive your payment card information - all payments are processed by Apple.

• AI Service Providers: Your documents and content are processed by third-party AI services to generate text summaries and create audio narrations via text-to-speech.
• Cloud Storage Providers: Your documents and generated audio are stored securely with cloud infrastructure providers.
• Email Service Providers: Your email address is used by our email service to send authentication links and service notifications.
• Analytics Providers: We may share anonymized usage data with analytics services to understand how users interact with our app.

All service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

3.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to court orders, legal processes, or government requests.

3.3 Business Transfers

If Projek J is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

You can access your account information in the Settings section, view all documents and content you've uploaded, and request a copy of your data by contacting support.

6.2 Correction and Update

You can update your profile information in Settings, change your email address, and modify language preferences.

6.3 Deletion

You can delete individual documents and collections, delete your entire account (Settings → Account → Delete Account), or request deletion by contacting support@narrate.projekj.com.

6.4 California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights including the right to know, right to delete, right to opt-out (we do not sell your personal information), and right to non-discrimination.

6.5 European Union Users (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including right to access, rectification, erasure, restrict processing, data portability, and right to withdraw consent.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information immediately.

8. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers and service providers are located.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
